As a Münsterland-based company, we celebrate the "fifth season", which traditionally reaches its peak with the Rosenmontag ("Rose Monday") parades. So it was only natural that we received a sponsorship request from a regional childcare association. We didn't have to think twice and were delighted to sponsor a total of five kilograms of DBS sweets for the upcoming parade in the region.
Coaching for young heroes:
This time, our annual Christmas donation goes to the non-profit organization "Heroes for Heroes": As a coaching platform, Heroes for Heroes offers teenagers and young adults free coaching sessions and opportunities for personal support and conversations.
Digital Building Solutions GmbH (DBS) has successfully completed its majority shareholding in Syscon GmbH by acquiring further shares. With this integration, Syscon is setting the course for the future. In a second step, the remaining shares will be acquired by DBS at the end of 2024.

At this year's team meeting, all DBS employees went to the Markermeer in the Netherlands. In addition to business topics, a sailing trip was also on the agenda.
We are digital pioneers
We are excited to announce that Digital Building Solutions GmbH was named a DigitalPilot in the region of Warendorf last week. With this new award, the German Gfw honours regional companies that are pioneers in digitalisation.
At the company Siekmann Econosto from Dortmund, Germany, first windows were refitted with an NFC tag and the DBS WinDo Flow solution. The project is a collaboration between the company, the VEKA Group and DBS.
A newly developed interface solution ensures a considerable acceleration of the data transfer from the Klaes ERP software into the WinDoPlan planning software for window construction companies. The new interface was developed by the IT specialists of Digital Building Solutions GmbH (DBS) in cooperation with the Klaes software house.
At the end of May, our colleagues of the WinDo Experts masterdata team visited the sister company celotec in Sendenhorst. The reason for the visit was the introduction of the new fine structure surfaces at the system provider VEKA as well as the production process for this new type of foil.
