Digital Building Solutions GmbH looks back on a successful participation at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in late March. As the digitalization partner of the VEKA Group, DBS presented its digital tools and services at the exhibition booths of the two system providers, VEKA and GEALAN. The close collaboration between the system providers and DBS proved to be a real asset for everyone involved.

Digital Building Solutions GmbH will once again be participating at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in 2026. Visitors will find DBS's digital solutions at the booths of the two system providers VEKA (Hall 6, Stand 153) and GEALAN (Hall 5, Stand 203). The DBS team will demonstrate how practical digital tools and services can make window manufacturing processes more stable, cost-efficient and faster.

This year, we are once again sending a message of solidarity. Instead of giving gifts to customers, we are donating a fixed amount of money per employee to a local association that supports families going through a particularly challenging time in their lives. This year, our donation will go to the association "Für nierenkranke Kinder e.V." (for children with kidney disease), based in Münster.

At the end of November, we said thank you and goodbye to our valued colleague Stephan Kunz as he entered his well-deserved retirement. He initially joined VEKA in 2017 and played an active role in shaping the development of DBS from 2020 onwards. The combination of security and innovative spirit paved the way for new ideas and solutions.

Michael Kraus and Tobias Stichling as two new colleagues in the WinDo Experts team. They have valuable experience in the window manufacturing industry as well as in-depth IT expertise and bring in fresh perspectives. We also like to welcome Elias Nickel, our new Trainee in Business informatics.

Once a year, DBS encourages its employees to leave the office and engage in a shared experience. At this year's "DBS Breakout" the entire team enjoyed a diverse day filled with exciting impressions, meaningful conversations and plenty of fun.

With stylish polo shirts, T-shirts, and hoodies in the DBS design, we not only strengthen the sense of community, but also show our appreciation. At the same time, we promote back health with our new pull up bar right at the workplace.

DBS has been awarded the label "Attractive Employer in the Warendorf District 2025." This means that our company is now officially recognized as one of the employers in the Warendorf district that stands out for its employee-oriented corporate culture, innovative HR strategies and sustainable development opportunities.

After more than three decades, we are saying goodbye to our valued colleague Thomas Stermann, who is starting his well-deserved retirement. This is an opportunity to look back on an eventful career.
