New Colleagues at DBS

With Magnus Kowohl and Malte Alsmeier, two new colleagues joined our team, who have expertise and experience in key product solutions and technologies.

Magnus Kowohl has been serving as Head of Product Strategy & Technology at DBS since October of last year. In this role, he drives the strategic and technological development of our product portfolio and ensures the future viability of our software solutions. This includes the planning, implementation and quality assurance of development projects, as well as the further development of our agile processes. His responsibilities include establishing technological guidelines, working closely with product management as well as development, and supporting the professional and personal growth of the team.

In addition, Malte Alsmeier joined us in January as a Product Owner. In this role, he currently oversees our VAMOS software solution and works on its further development. Before joining DBS, he worked in document intake, focusing on document indexing. His professional background includes a degree in Business Informatics and an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration. At DBS, in addition to the technical development of VAMOS, Malte is also responsible for coordinating between development, our international business units and stakeholders, as well as prioritizing requirements within the product context.
