We are Attractive Employer 2025

DBS receives award as "Attractive Employer in the Warendorf District 2025"

DBS has been awarded the label "Attractive Employer in the Warendorf District 2025." This means that our company is now officially recognized as one of the employers in the Warendorf district that stands out for its employee-oriented corporate culture, innovative HR strategies and sustainable development opportunities.

The award is presented as part of a competition organized by the Warendorf District "Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsförderung" (gfw). The aim is to raise the awareness of companies that are actively committed to creating a modern working environment and thus contribute to the attractiveness of the business location.

To receive the label, participating companies had to complete a structured online questionnaire that asked about key aspects of employer attractiveness, including topics such as corporate culture, personnel development, work-life balance, communication and innovation. The evaluation was based on a standardized set of criteria that was reviewed by an independent panel of experts.

"This award is a great endorsement of our daily work and our corporate culture, which is based on trust, development and cohesion," says Dr. Matthias Koch, Managing Director of DBS. "It confirms our daily commitment to a working environment in which our employees feel comfortable, can develop, and can contribute."

The label is part of the location marketing campaign "Hey! Kreis Warendorf," which highlights the diversity and quality of employers in the region. For DBS, it is another step toward strengthening our employer brand and attracting new talent to our team.

We would like to thank gfw for this initiative. Together, we are shaping an attractive working environment - both today and in the future.
